LOW-DOSE DOBUTAMINE INFUSION AND SINGLE-DOSE TOCILIZUMAB IN ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION PATIENTS WITH HIGH RISK OF CARDIOGENIC SHOCK DEVELOPMENT (DOBERMANN) - A 2X2 MULTIFACTORIAL, DOUBLE-BLINDED, RANDOMIZED, PLACEBO-CONTROLLED TRIAL
This study, called DOBERMANN, looks at new ways to help patients who have had a heart attack and are at high risk of a serious complication called cardiogenic shock. It tests two medicines to see if they can improve recovery and reduce risks.
For: Acute Myocardial Infarction with increased risk of Cardiogenic ShockDenmark - AuthorisedTherapeutic use (Phase IV)
A multicenter, randomized, open-label, blinded-assessor, phase 4 study in patients with early rheumatoid arthritis to compare active conventional therapy versus three biologic treatments, and two de-escalation strategies in patients who respond to treatment.
This study looks at different ways to treat early rheumatoid arthritis, comparing standard treatments with newer biologic medicines. It also explores if medicine doses can be lowered for people who are getting better, aiming to find the most effective and safe long-term approaches.
For: Rheumatoid ArthritisIceland · Denmark · Norway - AuthorisedTherapeutic confirmatory (Phase III)
TociCCAre - Randomized, double-blind, multicenter trial of tocilizumab versus placebo in chronic polyarticular inflammatory of calcium pyrophosphate deposition disease refractory to standard treatments
This study is testing a new treatment called tocilizumab for a type of arthritis called chondrocalcinosis, specifically when other treatments haven't worked well. It aims to see if this medicine can reduce pain.
For: ChondrocalcinosisFrance - AuthorisedTherapeutic exploratory (Phase II)
A randomized placebo-controlled double-blind trial phase II two-arm study to investigate infarct growth over 72 hours assessed with diffusion weighted imaging on MRI after treatment with intravenous tocilizumab or placebo in patients above 18 years of age with acute ischemic stroke undergoing endovascular thrombectomy.
This study looks at a new treatment called tocilizumab for people who have had a severe stroke. Researchers want to see if this medicine can help limit the size of the stroke damage in the brain. It's compared to a dummy treatment to see if it works.
For: Acute ischemic strokeNorway - AuthorisedTherapeutic use (Phase IV)
Non-inferiority study of TOCILIZUMAB in dose-banding versus dose-weight in rheumatoid arthritis with low activity or clinical remission
This study looks at a different way to give RoActemra (tocilizumab) for rheumatoid arthritis. We want to see if giving a standard dose based on how well you're doing, rather than your weight, works just as well for patients with low disease activity or who are in remission.
For: rheumatoid arthritisFrance - AuthorisedTherapeutic confirmatory (Phase III)
DAREON®-Lung-1: A Phase III multi-center, open-label, randomised trial of intravenous obrixtamig in combination with atezolizumab, carboplatin, and etoposide vs. atezolizumab, carboplatin, and etoposide as first-line treatment in patients with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer.
This study looks at a new drug, obrixtamig, alongside usual treatment for extensive small cell lung cancer. It aims to see if this new combination helps people live longer and feel better compared to the usual treatment alone.
