EVERiST: Impact of Image Detected Accessory Pudendal Artery on Erection Recovery After Nerve Sparing Prostatectomy

This study looks at how an extra blood vessel, called the accessory pudendal artery, might help men recover their erections after prostate surgery. Researchers want to see if keeping this artery safe during surgery improves blood flow and helps erections return, using scans and video recordings.
