A Study of Roginolisib in Combination With Ruxolitinib in Patients With Myelofibrosis (MF) Who Are Unresponsive to JAK Inhibitors
This study looks at a new drug, roginolisib, combined with ruxolitinib, for adults with myelofibrosis whose current treatment isn't working well enough. It aims to check if this combination is safe and how well people tolerate it.

A Randomised Phase II Study of Roginolisib in Patients With Advanced/Metastatic Uveal Melanoma
This study is testing a new drug, roginolisib, for advanced uveal melanoma, a type of eye cancer that has spread. It compares roginolisib to standard treatments to see if it helps patients live longer and how it affects their quality of life. It's for adults whose cancer has grown after other treatments.
