The effect of combining lidocaine and ropivacaine on the duration and onset time of an ultrasound-guided infraclavicular brachial plexus nerve block. A randomized controlled trial
This study looks at how well a mix of two pain medications, lidocaine and ropivacaine, works for hand surgery. Researchers want to see if combining them makes the numbing effect last longer and start quicker for patients.
For: Patients undergoing hand surgery for antebrachial fractures or arthroplasty/alloplasty of a thumb base joint in the handDenmark - Ongoing, recruitingTherapeutic use (Phase IV)
Effect of ultrasound guided lateral infraclavicular brachial plexus block with Lidocaine or Ropivacaine for closed reduction of distal radius fractures - A randomized controlled non-inferiority trial
This study looks at two types of numbing medicine (Lidocaine or Ropivacaine) used for reducing broken wrists. Researchers want to see if one is as good as the other in quickly numbing the area using ultrasound guidance, to help set the bone without surgery.
For: Distal radius fractures with need of acute closed reductionDenmark
