A study to Assess the Effect of Vonafexor on Kidney Function in Subjects With Impaired Renal Function and Suspected MASH
This study is looking at a new medicine called Vonafexor for people with kidney problems and suspected MASH, a liver condition. It aims to see how well Vonafexor helps improve kidney function over 16 weeks and to understand its effects on the body.

A Clinical Study of Enlicitide in Participants With High Cholesterol (MK-0616-037)
This study is testing a new medicine, enlicitide, for high cholesterol. Researchers want to see if combining enlicitide with a common cholesterol medicine, rosuvastatin, works better at lowering 'bad' cholesterol than rosuvastatin alone. It's for adults aged 18-64.

A randomized, multicenter, open-label trial comparing the effectiveness of Inclisiran to bempedoic acid on LDL cholesterol (LDL-C) lowering in participants with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (VICTORION-CHALLENGE)
This study, called VICTORION-CHALLENGE, is comparing two medicines, Inclisiran and Bempedoic acid, to see which one is better at lowering 'bad' cholesterol (LDL-C) in people who have had heart or circulation problems. We want to find out how much they can reduce cholesterol after about five months.
