Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Ruxolitinib Cream in Participants With Hidradenitis Suppurativa (TRuE-HS1)
This study is looking at a cream for hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), a skin condition. It aims to see how well ruxolitinib cream works and if it's safe for people with mild to moderate HS. Some people will get the cream, others a 'dummy' cream.

An Open-Label, Phase 2, Safety, and Efficacy Study of Ruxolitinib Cream in Participants With Genital Vitiligo
This study is testing a new cream called ruxolitinib for people with vitiligo on their genitals. It's looking at how safe and effective the cream is at helping the skin colour return to normal over nearly a year by making white patches less noticeable or disappear.

This study is looking at a cream called ruxolitinib for children aged 6 to 11 with a skin condition called nonsegmental vitiligo. Researchers want to see how well it works to reduce white patches and if it's safe to use.
