Study of Sacituzumab Govitecan Versus Standard of Care in Participants With Previously Treated Extensive Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer

This study is looking at a new medicine called sacituzumab govitecan (SG) for people with a type of lung cancer called extensive stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) that has been treated before. We want to see if SG works better than standard treatments to help people live longer.
