A Study to Learn About a Clostridioides Difficile Vaccine in People 65 Years of Age and Older
Researchers are testing a new vaccine for C. difficile, a serious gut infection, in people aged 65 and over. This study aims to see if the vaccine is safe, works well, and helps prevent infections. Participants will get either the vaccine or a dummy shot.

Pembrolizumab/Vibostolimab (MK-7684A) or Atezolizumab in Combination With Chemotherapy in First Line Treatment of Extensive-Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer (MK-7684A-008/KEYVIBE-008)
This study looked at new ways to treat a type of lung cancer called extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC). It compared a combination of medicines with standard chemotherapy to see if it could help people live longer. The study was changed partway through, so the focus shifted.
