A Phase 3, Multicenter, Randomized, Double-Blind Study of the Efficacy and Safety of Rezafungin for Injection Versus the Standard Antimicrobial Regimen to Prevent Invasive Fungal Diseases in Adults Undergoing Allogeneic Blood and Marrow Transplantation (The ReSPECT Study)
This study is testing a new medicine, Rezafungin, to see if it can prevent serious fungal infections in adults who have had a blood or bone marrow transplant. It's comparing Rezafungin to standard treatments to see which is safer and more effective.

APROTININ TREATMENT OF ACUTE RESPIRATORY DISTRESS SYNDROME: A MULTICENTER, DOUBLE-BLIND, PLACEBO-CONTROLLED, PHASE III TRIAL
This study is looking into a treatment called aprotonin for a serious lung condition called Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS). It compares aprotonin to a dummy treatment to see if it helps patients breathe better without a ventilator.
