Efficacy of probenecid on cluster seizures during dosage reduction of Anti Seizure Medication (ASM) in presurgical focal epilepsy video-EEG monitoring

This study looks at whether a medicine called probenecid can help people with focal epilepsy who are having 'cluster seizures' (several seizures close together). It aims to see if probenecid can reduce these seizures when patients are reducing their usual epilepsy medication in hospital to prepare for surgery.
