Study of Nab-Paclitaxel and Gemcitabine With or Without SBP-101 in Pancreatic Cancer
This study is looking into a new treatment called SBP-101 for advanced pancreatic cancer. It combines SBP-101 with standard chemotherapy (nab-paclitaxel and gemcitabine) to see if it helps people live longer and improves their quality of life.

A Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study of Nab-Paclitaxel and Gemcitabine With Or Without SBP-101 in Subjects Previously Untreated for Metastatic Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma
