SBRT Alone or Followed by Niraparib for Oligometastases or Oligoprogression in Ovarian Cancer Following PARPi Therapy
This study looks at combining targeted radiotherapy (SBRT) with an ovarian cancer drug (niraparib) for women whose cancer has shown small areas of growth or comeback after previous treatment with a PARP inhibitor. It aims to see if this combination helps manage the cancer.

A Trial of 5 Fraction Prostate SBRT Versus 5 Fraction Prostate and Pelvic Nodal SBRT
This study compares two ways of giving radiotherapy in 5 sessions for prostate cancer. Half of men receive radiotherapy to the prostate, while the other half get it for both the prostate and surrounding lymph nodes, to see which is safer and more effective.
