A Study to Investigate the Pharmacokinetics and Safety of Subcutaneous Rilvegostomig in Adult Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors Previously Treated With Standard of Care Therapy

This study is looking for the best way to give a new cancer drug, rilvegostomig, as an injection under the skin instead of through a vein. It's for adults with advanced solid cancers who have already had standard treatments.
