A phase II, single-arm study of de-escalation and treatment-free remission in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia treated with nilotinib in first-line therapy followed by a second attempt after nilotinib and asciminib combination: DANTE study
This study looks at stopping leukaemia medication (Tasigna, Scemblix) in two stages for people with chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML). It aims to see if patients can stay well without treatment after initial drug therapy, and what happens if they need to restart or switch medications.

A phase 2, multi-center, open-label, randomized study of oral asciminib added to imatinib versus continued imatinib versus switch to nilotinib in patients with CML-CP who have been previously treated with imatinib and have not achieved deep molecular response
This study looks at new treatments for a type of blood cancer called Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia (CML). It compares a new drug, asciminib (Scemblix), with existing treatments (imatinib or nilotinib) in people whose CML hasn't fully responded to imatinib yet. The main goal is to see which treatment helps more people achieve a very low level of cancer cells.
