Medium to Long Term Outcomes of Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy

This study looks at how children and young people with cerebral palsy are doing several years after having Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (SDR) surgery. We want to understand the long-term effects of the surgery on their daily lives and their families. Participants will complete surveys and have some hospital tests.
