Mesh Augmented Reinforcement of Abdominal Wall Suture Line to Limit the Rate of Incisional Hernia Occurrence

This study is testing a new dissolvable mesh called Deternia™. It's used after tummy surgery to strengthen stitches and help stop hernias from coming back. We want to see how well it works and if it's safe over several years. We're looking for adults having specific planned tummy operations.
