Study Assessing Activity of Intravenous (IV) Etentamig Monotherapy Versus Standard Available Therapies in Adult Participants With Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma
This study is for adults with a type of blood cancer called multiple myeloma that has come back or isn't responding to treatment. It compares a new medicine, etentamig, with existing treatments to see how well they control the cancer.

Phase I/II randomized clinical trial of selinexor plus gemcitabine in selected advanced soft-tissue sarcomas
This study is looking into a new treatment for certain advanced soft-tissue sarcomas (a type of cancer). It combines two medicines, selinexor and gemcitabine, to see if it's safe and helps control the cancer for longer.
For: Patients with advanced soft-tissue sarcoma (leiomyosarcoma or malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor) will receive selinexor in combination with gemcitabine.Spain
