A Study of Selinexor Monotherapy in Subjects With JAK Inhibitor-naïve Myelofibrosis and Moderate Thrombocytopenia

This study looks at a new drug, selinexor, for people with a bone marrow condition called myelofibrosis. It's for those who haven't tried certain other treatments and have low to normal platelet counts. The main aim is to see if selinexor can shrink an enlarged spleen.
