A Phase 2a, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study to Evaluate the Safety and Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, and Preliminary Efficacy of the NOX1/4 Inhibitor Setanaxib in Patients with Alport Syndrome
This study is testing a new medicine, Setanaxib, for Alport syndrome. We want to see if it's safe, how it works in the body, and if it helps reduce kidney damage and other symptoms. Half the participants will get the new medicine, and half will get a dummy pill.

A Phase 2, Randomised, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Proof-of-Concept Study to Evaluate the Efficacy, Safety, and Tolerability, and Effects on Tumour Biomarkers of the NOX1/4 Inhibitor Setanaxib, when Administered with the PD-1 Inhibitor Pembrolizumab, in Patients with Recurrent or Metastatic Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Head and Neck (SCCHN)
This study is looking at a new drug called Setanaxib combined with an existing cancer treatment (Pembrolizumab) for people with head and neck cancer that has come back or spread. Researchers want to see if this combination can shrink tumours, how safe it is, and if it helps people feel better.
