- Ongoing, recruitingTherapeutic confirmatory (Phase III)
A Global Multicenter, Randomized, Double-blinded, Propofol-controlled, Phase 3 Clinical Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of HSK3486 Injectable Emulsion for Induction of General Anesthesia in Adults Undergoing Elective Surgery
This study is testing a new medicine, given through a drip, to help people go to sleep before surgery. It's comparing this new medicine to a common anaesthetic to see if it works well and is safe for adults having an operation.
For: General anaesthesiaSpain · Poland - Ongoing, recruitingTherapeutic exploratory (Phase II)
Randomized, multi-center, double-blind, two-armed, parallel active groups, prospective trial, to evaluate, in pediatric population undergoing 'Calcaneo stop' surgery or Inguinal hernia repair, the efficacy and safety of chloroprocaine 1% and 2% for peripheral nerve block based on concentration-response relationships.
This study is looking at how well two different strengths of a medicine called chloroprocaine work to numb pain during common childhood surgeries, like `Calcaneo stop` or hernia repair. We want to find the best and safest dose for children.
For: Calcagno stop and inguinal hernia repairItaly - AuthorisedTherapeutic use (Phase IV)
A single centre parallel-group randomized control trial of Magnetic Resonance Assessment of Variations in Effects of anaesthesia on renaL perfusion in children
This study looks at how different types of anaesthetic drugs, propofol and sevoflurane, affect blood flow to the kidneys in children who've had surgery. We're using special MRI scans to see if one is better at protecting their kidneys from problems after an operation.
For: Post-operative Acute Kidney InjurySweden
