This study looks at a new way to treat serious leg problems called chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI). It uses special sound waves (intravascular lithotripsy) to clear blocked leg arteries, aiming to help wounds heal and prevent amputations. We want to see how well it works and if it's safe.
