A Phase 3, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Pegozafermin in Subjects with Severe Hypertriglyceridemia (SHTG)

This study is testing a new medicine, Pegozafermin, for people with very high triglyceride levels. We want to see if it lowers these levels and if it's safe to use. Half the participants will get the new medicine and half will get a dummy medicine.
