VO and Nivolumab vs Physician's Choice in Advanced Melanoma That Progressed on Anti-PD-1 & Anti-CTLA-4 Drugs [IGNYTE-3]
This study looks at a new treatment called VO with nivolumab for advanced melanoma that has grown despite earlier treatments. It compares this combination to standard treatments chosen by your doctor for people aged 12 and over.

DAREON™-9: A Study to Test How Well Different Doses of BI 764532 Are Tolerated by People With Small Cell Lung Cancer When Taken Together With a Single Agent Chemotherapy
This study is for adults with a type of lung cancer called small cell lung cancer that has spread. It checks how well a new medicine called BI 764532, given with standard chemotherapy, is tolerated. The main goal is to find the safest dose of BI 764532.
