A Randomized Phase 3 Study of Sitravatinib in Combination with Nivolumab Versus Docetaxel in Patients with Advanced Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer with Disease Progression On or After Platinum-Based Chemotherapy and Checkpoint Inhibitor Therapy (SAPPHIRE)
This study is testing a new combination of medicines, Sitravatinib and Nivolumab, against a standard treatment, Docetaxel, for advanced non-small cell lung cancer. It's for people whose cancer has grown after previous chemotherapy and immunotherapy.

Phase II, Open-Label Study of preliminary efficacy of Sitravatinib in Combination with Tislelizumab in Patients with Metastatic Uveal Melanoma with liver metastases.
This study is looking at a new combination of medicines, Sitravatinib and Tislelizumab, for people with a type of eye cancer called uveal melanoma that has spread to the liver. We want to see how well this combination shrinks the cancer.
