A Phase 2 Study of the Safety, Efficacy, and Pharmacodynamics of RTA 408 in the Treatment of Friedreich's Ataxia (MOXIe)
This study looks at a new medicine called RTA 408 (also known as Skyclarys) for people with Friedreich's ataxia. It aims to see if the medicine is safe, how well it works to improve symptoms, and how it affects the body.

Identification of mitochondrial biomarkers reflecting omaveloxolone treatment (in FA patients)
This study is looking at how a medicine called Skyclarys (omaveloxolone) affects certain tiny markers inside the body, called biomarkers, in people with Friedreich's ataxia. It wants to see if these markers change after 6 and 12 months of taking the medicine, to understand how it might be working.
