Study to Assess GTAEXS617 in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors
This study is looking at a new drug, GTAEXS617, for people with advanced solid tumours, including certain types of breast, lung, head and neck, and ovarian cancers. We want to see how safe it is, how the body handles it, and if it can shrink tumours.

DTG/3TC Fixed Dose Formulations for the Maintenance of Virological Suppression in Children With HIV Infection Aged 2 to <15 Years Old
This study looks at a two-drug treatment (Dolutegravir and Lamivudine) for children and young people with HIV, aged 2 to 15. It aims to see if it's as safe and effective as their current three-drug therapy.
