This study is looking at a new treatment called C1 esterase inhibitor for a serious type of stroke called a subarachnoid haemorrhage. Researchers want to see if this medicine can help reduce brain damage and other problems after the stroke, and if it's safe to use.

Co-administration of Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen to Improve Duct-Related Outcomes in Extremely Premature Infants – The ACEDUCT Trial
This study looks at combining paracetamol (acetaminophen) and ibuprofen to treat a common heart problem called PDA in very premature babies. Doctors want to see if this treatment can help these tiny babies survive and breathe better without needing a lot of oxygen as they grow.
