This study is testing a new vaccine (mRNA-1647) to see if it can prevent cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection in healthy people. We want to know how well it works, if it's safe, and how a person's body reacts to it. The vaccine is given to adults aged 16 to 40.

This study is looking at a new combination of medicines and a treatment called TACE for people with advanced liver cancer. It aims to see if this combination can stop the cancer from growing for at least 6 months and if it's safe.

This study looks at a new drug, SCO-101, combined with standard FOLFIRI chemotherapy for advanced bowel cancer that has stopped responding to FOLFIRI. Researchers want to see if the combination is safe, what dose works best, and if it helps shrink tumours.

A Phase II, Open-Label Randomized Study of Intravenous Tambiciclib in Combination with the Standard of care Venetoclax and Azacitidine in Patients with Newly Diagnosed AML Who Failed to Achieve at Least MLFS After the First Two Cycles of Treatment with Venetoclax and Azacitidine Alone
This study looks at a new drug, Tambiciclib, given with standard leukaemia treatments (Venetoclax and Azacitidine). It's for adults with acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) whose first two cycles of standard treatment didn't work well enough. Researchers want to see if adding Tambiciclib improves how many patients respond to treatment.
