A Study to Investigate Sonrotoclax (BGB-11417) Plus Zanubrutinib (BGB-3111) Compared With Venetoclax Plus Acalabrutinib in Adults With Previously Untreated Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia
This study is looking at two new drug combinations for adults newly diagnosed with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL). It compares sonrotoclax plus zanubrutinib with venetoclax plus acalabrutinib to see which is more effective and safer for treating this type of blood cancer.

It compares new treatments with current ones to see which works best and is safest for patients whose cancer has come back or not responded to previous treatments.
