Paediatric Hepatic International Tumour Trial
This study, called PHITT, is for children and young people up to 30 years old with liver cancers called hepatoblastoma (HB) and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). It aims to find better ways to treat these cancers by using tailored treatments and studying them closely.

A Study of Nivolumab in Combination With Ipilimumab in Participants With Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma
This study is testing two new drugs, nivolumab and ipilimumab, together for advanced liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma). It compares this combination to standard treatments (sorafenib or lenvatinib) to see if it helps people live longer. Participants haven't had prior treatment.

Study of Cabozantinib in Combination With Atezolizumab Versus Sorafenib in Participants With Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) Who Have Not Received Previous Systemic Anticancer Therapy
This study looks at new drug combinations for advanced liver cancer that hasn't been treated before. It compares cabozantinib with atezolizumab against a standard treatment, sorafenib, to see which works better and is safer.
