Clinical Study to Assess the Safety and Efficacy of the SpectraCure P18 System

This study is testing a new light-based treatment for men with prostate cancer that has come back. It uses a special light system called SpectraCure P18 and a drug called verteporfin to see if it's safe and helps shrink the cancer.
