COMparison Between Anakinra and Tocilizumab in NORSE - "COMBAT-NORSE"
This study looks at two existing drugs, anakinra and tocilizumab, to treat a rare, severe seizure condition called NORSE. It aims to find out which drug works better and when it should be given, as NORSE doesn't respond to usual treatments.

A Novel COMBinATorial Therapy With Albumin and Enoxaparin in Patients With Decompensated Cirrhosis at High-risk of Poor Outcome (COMBAT Trial).
This study is looking at a new combination treatment for people with severe liver disease (cirrhosis) who have recently been in hospital. We want to see if combining two existing medicines, albumin and enoxaparin, is safe and helps improve outcomes after leaving the hospital.

Sodium-glucose Transporter Type 2 Inhibition in Anthracycline-related Cardiotoxicity
This study looks at whether a drug called dapagliflozin can protect the heart of breast cancer patients receiving certain chemotherapy. This chemotherapy can sometimes cause heart damage, and researchers want to see if this new drug can reduce that risk.
