MIRRORS-FROZEN - Comparing Open Vs Robotic Surgery in the Management of Women with Complex Pelvic Adnexal Masses ≤ 8cm.

This study compares two ways to remove growths on ovaries or fallopian tubes: traditional open surgery and robotic surgery. It aims to see if robotic surgery is better for certain growths, especially those that might be early cancer, by looking at how patients recover.
