This study is looking at a medicine called Stelara for children and teenagers with Crohn's disease. It wants to see if Stelara helps them feel better and stay well. Participants will first receive the medicine through a drip, and then by an injection under the skin.

This study is looking at a new way to treat severe ulcerative colitis. It tests if adding oxygen therapy to existing biologic medicines works better than biologics alone to reduce symptoms like diarrhoea and blood in your poo, and improve gut healing.
