Stryker PEEK Customized Implant: A Prospective Post Market Follow Up to Evaluate Safety, Performance and Effectiveness

This study looks at how well Stryker's custom PEEK implants work and are safe for fixing head and face bone problems. We're checking these implants in real-world patients for up to two years after surgery to see if they help improve the patient's condition.
