Vitrectomy, Subretinal Tissue Plasminogen Activator (TPA) and Intravitreal Gas for Submacular Haemorrhage Secondary to Exudative (Wet) Age-related Macular Degeneration (TIGER).

This study looks at a serious eye condition called submacular haemorrhage (bleeding under the macula) caused by wet AMD. It compares standard eye injections with a combination of injections and surgery to see if surgery can improve vision more for this specific type of bleeding.
