Study to Assess the Injection Burden, Adverse Events, Change in Disease Activity, and Long-Term Preservation of Visual Acuity of Surabgene Lomparvovec in Adult Participants With Neovascular Age-Related Macular Degeneration (nAMD)
This study looks at a new gene therapy, Surabgene Lomparvovec, for 'wet' age-related macular degeneration (nAMD). It aims to see if it's safe and effective in reducing the need for frequent eye injections and protecting vision in adults.

A Long-term Follow-Up Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of RGX-314 Following Subretinal Administration in Participants with Neovascular Age-related Macular Degeneration and Fellow Eye Treatment Substudy
This study is looking long-term at the safety and how well a new treatment, Surabgene Lomparvovec (ABBV-RGX-314), works for wet age-related macular degeneration (nAMD). It's given as a single injection into the eye to see if it can help improve or maintain vision and reduce the need for repeat injections.
