This study is testing a new medicine, pentosan polysulfate sodium, for knee osteoarthritis pain. Researchers want to see if it helps reduce pain and improve how well people can move their knee, compared to a dummy medicine.

MLS-101-301: A Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo Controlled, Parallel Arm, Multicenter Phase 3 Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Lorundrostat in Subjects with Uncontrolled and Resistant Hypertension
This study is looking into a new medicine called lorundrostat for people whose high blood pressure isn't controlled by current treatments. It aims to see if lorundrostat can lower blood pressure more effectively and safely than a dummy pill (placebo) over a few weeks.
