The COlchicine HypERtENsion Trial
This study is looking at whether a medicine called Colchicine can help people with high blood pressure and heart problems. Researchers will check changes in how stiff people's arteries are after taking the medicine for six months, compared to a dummy pill.

Melatonin for Chronic back pain (The MOCHA trial)
This study, called 'The MOCHA trial', is looking into whether melatonin can help people with ongoing back pain. Participants will take either melatonin or a dummy pill and report their pain levels over six weeks to see if melatonin makes a difference.

REPLACE - A multi-centre, randomised, double-blinded, placebo controlled 16-weeks study to compare the effect of hydrocortisone and placebo in patients with Giant Cell Arteritis (GCA)/ Polymyalgia Rheumatica (PMR) with patient-reported symptoms of adrenal insufficiency after cessation of glucocorticoid treatment.
This study looks at treating symptoms of adrenal insufficiency in people with Giant Cell Arteritis or Polymyalgia Rheumatica after they stop steroid treatment. It compares a hydrocortisone tablet to a dummy tablet over 16 weeks to see if it helps patients feel better.
