Open-label extension study with Tadekinig alfa (r-hIL-18BP) to monitor safety and tolerability in patients with IL-18 driven monogenic autoinflammatory conditions: NLRC4 mutation and XIAP deficiency
This study is looking at a new medicine called Tadekinig alfa for rare conditions where the body's defence system causes inflammation. We want to see how safe it is and if people can tolerate it well over time. This medicine aims to help reduce inflammation in these conditions.
