Tafasitamab + Lenalidomide + R-CHOP Versus R-CHOP in Newly Diagnosed High-intermediate and High Risk DLBCL Patients

This study is looking at a new treatment combination for a type of blood cancer called Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL). It combines a new drug, tafasitamab, and another drug, lenalidomide, with standard chemotherapy to see if it works better than chemotherapy alone.
