First-line treatment with osimertinib in EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer, coupled to extensive translational studies (The FIOL-study)
This study looks at a medicine called osimertinib (also known as Tagrisso) for a type of lung cancer with a specific gene change (EGFR mutation). We want to see how well it shrinks tumours and helps people live longer, while also checking if it's safe.

A Phase II, two-arm study to investigate tepotinib combined with osimertinib in MET amplified, advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring activating EGFR mutations and having acquired resistance to prior osimertinib therapy (INSIGHT 2 Study)
This study is for people with a certain type of advanced lung cancer that has stopped responding to a previous treatment called osimertinib. It tests a new combination of two drugs, tepotinib and osimertinib, to see if it can shrink tumours.
