A phase II trial of an individualized treatment strategy for patients with metastatic non-clear cell renal carcinoma
This study is testing different medicines for people with advanced kidney cancer (non-clear cell renal carcinoma) that has spread. It's looking for personalised treatments to see which ones shrink the cancer and how long they keep it under control. The goal is to find better ways to treat this type of cancer.

First-line treatment with osimertinib in EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer, coupled to extensive translational studies (The FIOL-study)
This study looks at a medicine called osimertinib (also known as Tagrisso) for a type of lung cancer with a specific gene change (EGFR mutation). We want to see how well it shrinks tumours and helps people live longer, while also checking if it's safe.

Boosting osimertinib Blood Brain Barrier penetration in patients with epidermal growth factor receptor mutated non-small cell lung cancer (OSIBBBOOST)
This study looks at how a lung cancer drug, osimertinib (Tagrisso), gets into the brain and spinal fluid. Researchers want to see if adding another drug, febuxostat (Adenuric), can help more osimertinib reach these areas, which might improve treatment for some patients.
For: Patients with EGFR-mutated metastatic NSCLC · without CNS metastases on brain MRI and without the ABCG2 34G>A SNP · treated with osimertinib as part of regular care are eligible for inclusion. Participants have at least radiologically proven stable disease (SD) or better on regular care osimertinib therapy.Netherlands - Ongoing, recruitingTherapeutic exploratory (Phase II)
A Phase II, two-arm study to investigate tepotinib combined with osimertinib in MET amplified, advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring activating EGFR mutations and having acquired resistance to prior osimertinib therapy (INSIGHT 2 Study)
This study is for people with a certain type of advanced lung cancer that has stopped responding to a previous treatment called osimertinib. It tests a new combination of two drugs, tepotinib and osimertinib, to see if it can shrink tumours.
