MowOot and Trans-anal Irrigation fOr coNstipation

This study looks at a new treatment called ICE (Intermittent Colonic Exoperistalsis) for ongoing constipation. It compares ICE, using a device called MOWOOT, with standard care for people waiting for another treatment called TAI (Trans-anal Irrigation). The aim is to see if ICE helps improve daily life and bowel habits.
