This study looks at how a medicine called Taltz helps people with psoriatic arthritis that hasn't responded well to other treatments. Researchers are checking if they can identify certain body signals (biomarkers) to predict who will benefit most from Taltz.

Clinical and ultrasound assessment of the therapeutic response to ixekizumab in psoriatic arthritis dactlylitis; a multicentre, parallel-groups, randomised controlled trial
This study looks at how well a medicine called Taltz (ixekizumab) works for adults with a type of arthritis called psoriatic arthritis, specifically when it affects fingers and toes. We're comparing it to another medication, Metoject (methotrexate), to see which one helps more with swelling and pain.
