REZILIENT3 (REsearching ZIpaLertinib In Egfr Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Tumors)
This study looks at a new drug, zipalertinib, for advanced lung cancer with a specific genetic change (EGFR exon 20 insertion). It's given with standard chemotherapy to see if it's safe and works better than chemotherapy alone for people who haven't had treatment before.

This study looks at a new drug, zipalertinib, for advanced lung cancer (NSCLC) that has specific gene changes called EGFR Exon 20 insertions or other uncommon mutations. We want to see how safe and effective it is.

A Study to Assess the Efficacy and Safety of Zipalertinib Versus Placebo for Adjuvant Treatment in Participants With Stage IB-IIIA NSCLC With Uncommon EGFR Mutations, Following Complete Tumor Resection
This study is looking into a new drug, zipalertinib, for people with a certain type of lung cancer (NSCLC) in its early stages. It compares zipalertinib with standard chemotherapy to a dummy pill (placebo) with standard chemotherapy after surgery.
