A phase II, single-arm study of de-escalation and treatment-free remission in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia treated with nilotinib in first-line therapy followed by a second attempt after nilotinib and asciminib combination: DANTE study
This study looks at stopping leukaemia medication (Tasigna, Scemblix) in two stages for people with chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML). It aims to see if patients can stay well without treatment after initial drug therapy, and what happens if they need to restart or switch medications.
For: Chronic myeloid leukemiaItaly - AuthorisedTherapeutic exploratory (Phase II)
Multicenter prospective trial after first or second unsuccessful treatment discontinuation in chronic myeloid leukemia estimating the efficacy of nilotinib in inducing the persistence of molecular remission after stopping TKI 2nd or 3rd time
This study looks at how well a medicine called nilotinib works for people with a type of blood cancer called Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia (CML). It's for patients who tried to stop their CML treatment before, but it didn't work. We want to see if nilotinib helps them stay cancer-free after trying to stop treatment again.
For: CML-Patients in chronic phase having failed a prior attempt to stop imatinib or other TKIs therapy either within EURO-SKI or not and are pretreated at least one year with any TKI after 1st stopGermany
