REFRaME-O1: A Phase 2/3 Open-label Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Luveltamab Tazevibulin (STRO-002) versus Investigator’s Choice (IC) Chemotherapy in Women with Relapsed Platinum-resistant Epithelial Ovarian Cancer (Including Fallopian Tube or Primary Peritoneal Cancers) Expressing Folate Receptor Alpha (FOLR1)
This study is for women with advanced ovarian (or related) cancer that has come back and isn't responding to platinum-based chemotherapy. Researchers are comparing a new treatment called Luveltamab Tazevibulin with standard chemotherapy to see if it works better and is safe.

Randomized, Open-Label, Phase 3 Trial of Nivolumab plus Ipilimumab or Nivolumab plus Platinum-Doublet Chemotherapy versus Platinum-Doublet Chemotherapy in Early Stage NSCLC
This study looks at new ways to treat early-stage lung cancer. It compares standard chemotherapy with treatments that combine chemotherapy with new medicines called nivolumab and ipilimumab, to see if they work better at stopping the cancer from returning.
