Ezurpimtrostat autophagy inhibitor in association with Atezolizumab-Bevacizumab in first line treatment of unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma, a phase 2b randomized trial. ABE-LIVER
This study is testing a new drug, Ezurpimtrostat, alongside standard treatments (Atezolizumab and Bevacizumab) for advanced liver cancer that can't be removed by surgery. It aims to see how well this new combination stops the cancer from growing.
