A Phase 3b/4, Double-masked, Randomized, International, Parallel-assignment, Multicenter Trial in Patients with Thyroid Eye Disease to Evaluate the Safety and Tolerability of Different Dosing Durations of Teprotumumab
This study is looking at a new treatment called teprotumumab for Thyroid Eye Disease. It aims to safely see if different lengths of taking the medicine affect how well it works and if people need further treatment later.

A Trial to Investigate Teprotumumab Subcutaneous Administration Compared With Placebo in Male and Female Adult Participants With Moderate-to-severe Active Thyroid Eye Disease
This study is testing a new medicine, teprotumumab, for people with active Thyroid Eye Disease (TED). We want to see if it can help reduce bulging eyes (proptosis) compared to a dummy medicine (placebo). It involves adults aged 18-80.
